Individual Therapy & Psychotherapy

Finding the right therapist is an integral part of the therapeutic process. It is important to us that you are matched with the right “fit” both in therapeutic style, approach and “feel.”

Individual psychotherapy provides a personal one-on-one focus in partnership with your therapist on the issues that you wish to address and the goals you want to achieve. Depending on your needs, it can be short term and focused on a specific goal or longer term where we delve deeper to address underlying issues and patterns that are holding you back from feeling the way you want to feel and living the life you want to live.

Individual counseling sessions last 50 minutes. Pricing varies per therapist.

GROUP THERAPY
Group Therapy

We all need other people…. It’s time to realize that and make dependence and interdependency good words again.” – Stan Tatkin

Group therapy can be a very powerful therapeutic experience in a way that other modes of therapy are not. The dynamics of the group and the power of each person’s own experience gives group counseling a unique quality. Clients often find that group counseling is an excellent way to learn how others perceive them, how they relate to others, and how they view themselves.

THE STEP DOWN PROGRAM

The Step Down Program is a 3 month program created for clients returning from intensive inpatient treatment. The success of all the work done at an inpatient program depends on the continuation of care upon return home. We at the Center for Intimacy Recovery recognize the need for safety and structure immediately when transitioning back from inpatient treatment.
